Cash flow Budget, Income &amp; Expenditure, Balance).<\/li><li>Accounting &amp; Tax management, Tax Optimization.<\/li><li>Working out of the procedures and techniques.<\/li><li>Cooperation with regulatory agencies, auditors, advisers.<\/li><li>Automation of the financial processes (budgeting, financial accounting and records).<\/li><\/ul><p><b>Requirements:<\/b><\/p><ul><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics and Statistic is required.<\/li><li>Extended Finance education: DipIFR\/MSFO, CIMA, ACCA.<\/li><li>Completely knowledge of the developer`s projects economics, cost and revenue structure.<\/li><li>Experience in fundraising of financing\/refinancing. Involvement in top-10 banks, escrow.<\/li><li>Proven experience in the financial\/investment analysis, projects and business simulation.<\/li><li>Deep knowledge in tax legislation, accounting, taxation management.<\/li><li>Power user of 1C, Excel, BI system, MS Project.<\/li><li>Analytical thinking.<\/li><li>Good communication skills.
