Основная задача: Увеличение доли рынка и доходности бизнеса как на территории РФ, так и за ее пределами.

Key Responsibilities and Activities:

·       Разработка и внедрение коммерческой стратегии, планов продаж и контроль за их исполнением.

·       Оперативное управление продажами по всем каналам – оптовые продажи В2В, ритейл, индивидуальные заказы по всей РФ и за ее пределами.

·       Привлечение новых клиентов, выстраивание стратегических и партнёрских отношений с Клиентами.

·       Управление основными финансовыми показателями: выручка, прибыль, рентабельность.

·       Разработка и внедрение мероприятий по достижению плановых показателей продаж.

·       Управление ассортиментной матрицей, ценовой и дилерской политикой.

Requirements:

·       Наличие опыта в продаж/ в закупках в производственных и пивоваренных компаниях.

·       Наличие сильных компетенций в выстраивании партнерских отношений с Клиентами.

·       Наличие успешных кейсов достижения значительных показателей роста бизнеса.

·       Командный игрок, эффективный лидер, с системным мышлением и предпринимательскими навыками.

·       Знание английского языка и опыт работы с иностранными Клиентами.
