Key Responsibilities and Activities:

• Operational regulation and control of the production process, providing the evenly release of products in accordance with the production plan and supply contracts.
• Control and organization of the production support with the technical documentation, equipment, tools, materials, components.
• Daily monitoring of the production progress, the fulfillment of daily assignments for the production of finished products. In terms of quantity and product range, monitoring the condition and complexity of work-in-progress.
• Coordination of the work of the company's divisions, taking measures to providing the evenly implementation of production schedules.
• Проведение работы по выявлению и освоению технических новшеств, научных открытий, способствующих улучшению технологии, организации производства и росту производительности труда, нивелирование “узких мест”, потерь времени.
• Organization of measures aimed at preventing and eliminating violations of the course of the production process, solving operational tasks.
• Analysis of workshops production activities, the causes of equipment downtime and product quality reduction, the development and implementation of measures to eliminate the identified inconsistencies.
• Analysis of the results of production activities of the workshops, the causes of equipment downtime and product quality reduction, participation in the development and implementation of measures to eliminate identified inconsistencies.

Requirements:

• Diploma Higher Technical Studies+Production specialization.
• Experience in Production Director position/Production Coordinator in the instrument-making area (optical is in advantage) from 5 years.
• Deep knowledge in lean manufacturing. Experience in GOZ is required.
• Readiness to have top-secret clearance.
• Relocation to Rostov-on-Don.
